On March 14th, our company provided Jinan Energy Group with the "powerful tool" for ensuring the supply of Jinan Nancaofan LNG reserve peak shaving station - the skid mounted submerged combustion vaporizer (SCV) - which was officially commissioned and put into operation, and successfully supplied gas to the urban pipeline network in Jinan. The cumulative stable gas supply on that day exceeded 420000 cubic meters. This project is designed by the EPC general contractor of China Railway 18th Bureau and Southwest Branch of China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd.

    The skid mounted submerged combustion vaporizer (SCV) designed and produced by our company plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and stable urban gas supply. In the entire urban natural gas peak shaving station system, SCV is the most critical and core gasification equipment for efficiently converting liquefied natural gas from -162 ℃ in large liquefied natural gas storage tanks into ambient temperature gaseous natural gas, Compared to traditional gasification equipment, SCV has many advantages such as small footprint, high heat transfer efficiency, and low operating costs.
